Konkona Sen Sharma And Ranvir Shorey Announced Their Decision To Part Ways

Bollywood actress Konkona Sen Sharma and actor husband Ranvir Shorey have decided to mutually part ways after five years of marriage.

The couple, who are parents to four-year-old son Haroon, took to their respective Twitter accounts to announce their split that follows prolonged speculation surrounding the state of their marriage.

The 35-year-old actress posted on Twitter:

Ranvir and I have mutually decided to separate, but continue to be friends and co-parent our son. Will appreciate your support. Thank you.

Ranvir posted a similar statement on Facebook, which read, "Konkona and I have mutually decided to separate, but continue to be friends and co-parent our son. Will appreciate your support. Thank you."

Konkona and Ranvir, 43, started dating in 2007. The couple got married in 2010 in a private ceremony.

They have starred together in films like Mixed Doubles (2006), Aaja Nachle (2007), and Gour Hari Dastaan (2015).
