ETAH, Uttar Pradesh -- A minor girl was assaulted by three persons who also shot at her when she resisted their alleged rape attempt in Bhamora village here.
A case was registered against Vikalp and two others yesterday for trying to rape a 16-year-old girl in Bhamora village when she had gone outside to relieve herself, police said.
The victim has alleged that she was assaulted by the accused. They also fired at her but she escaped, they said.
No arrests have been made in the case so far, police added.
