The first thing that strikes one about kids nowadays is how much wiser and older than their years they seem to be nowadays. That's the case in this new video by YouTube channel Being Indian as well, which asks a bunch of kids from (seemingly) various backgrounds about having their own kids.
They are asked to respond to various layered questions, such as whether they'd like a boy or a girl and whether they'd like to raise them in India or another country. These kids, the oldest of whom seem to be in their early teens, are not only incredibly articulate, but also seem well-informed about various problems ranging from underage employment to female foeticide. Some of them even speak about how a city life — with pollution and lack of cleanliness — is not something they would like to subject their own children to.
