Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Sunday appeared seriously confused by a tweet from author Devdutt Pattanaik.
Pattanaik shared a screenshot from a teaser video of a media channel for the Union Budget 2019. As Scroll pointed out in July this year, the video by Zee News depicted Sitharaman as the Hindu goddess of wealth, Lakshmi.
In the tweet, Pattanaik also called for a campaign to get Subramanian Swamy as the finance minister.
Sitharaman responded to the tweet with, well, just question marks.
