On Tuesday, Veenu Paliwal, one of the leading woman bikers in the country, passed away after a tragic road accident.
The "Lady of the Harley", was on a motorcycle trip from Kashmir to Kanyakumari with her companion Dipesh Tanwar, when the mishap occurred.
Bollywood actor John Abraham , whose passion for bikes is well known, paid tribute to Paliwal the same day.
The Rocky Handsome actor shared two pictures of the noted woman biker on Twitter and said, "My heart goes out to Veenu Paliwal. May her soul RIP. From a fellow biker. Respect."
Abraham, during a September 2014 interview with The Times Of India, had spoken at length about his love for bikes. He also shared a memory from his past saying, "I cried when I sold my first bike. It hurt me a lot."
