The first look at Phantom starring Saif Ali Khan and Katrina Kaif appears to have stolen quite a bit of thunder from Bajrangi Bhaaijan's, and for the right reasons. The poster shows a rugged-looking Saif Ali Khan and a dishevelled Katrina Kaif (a sheer contrast from the red-haired Kaif we saw at Cannes recently) with the Indian flag tied firmly around their eyes.
Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, the movie that is about the post 26/11 attacks in Mumbai, talks about global terrorism, and is allegedly an adaptation of S Hussain Zaidi's latest novel, 'Mumbai Avengers' (the author has also played a role in writing the scrrenplay for Phantom).
The film is scheduled to release in theatres on August 28. Saif and Katrina fans have been excitedly tweeting out the poster's first look:
