PATNA -- Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Saturday said his government would initiate action against JD(U) MLA Sarfaraz Alam, who allegedly misbehaved with a woman on the Dibrugarh-New Delhi Rajdhani Express.
"Action would be taken against Sarfaraz Alam, as such conducts cannot be tolerated," Chief Minister Kumar told the media.
An FIR was registered on Monday against Alam for harassing a couple onboard Rajdhani train. He has also been charged with misbehaving with the woman passenger.
Alam, however, has denied the charges, saying he didn't even board the train.
