West Indies have never shied away from celebrating their victories on or off the cricket field. On Thursday night, Simmons smashed an unbeaten 82 off 51 balls in an epic and successful run chase in the semi-finals, upsetting the strong Indian side at the Wankhede stadium. With this, West Indies now face the English side in the finals of ICC T20 World Cup to be played at the Eden Gardens on Sunday.
From dancing to 'Gangnam Style' after winning the ICC T20 World Cup in 2012 to performing the reggae dance on Dwayne Bravo's 'Champion' song after beating the Indians in semis yesterday, West Indians have always had larger-than-life celebrations.
1. Talk about celebrating.
2. You can be cool but you can never be Chris Gayle-dancing-on-the-middle-of-the-pitch-while-the-match-is-still-on cool.
3. Chris Gayle dancing with the Afghanis even after losing the match against them is why Chris Gayle is not from this planet.
4. And the topless dance after yesterday's win.
5. Reaching at least 5% of West Indies' cool in this lifetime should be our goal.
